Step By Step procedure to create an invisible icon (Folder without icon) for a folder in Windows (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows RT) –

1. Choose Any Folder.
2. Right Click of mouse on that folder and chose “Properties“.
3. Navigate to “Customize” tab and click on “Change Icon“.
4. Scroll the horizontal scroll bar and choose the empty space between two icons (Invisible icon) from the list of icons.

5. Click on “OK“.
6. Now “Apply” all the changes and click on “OK”.
7. That is it.
